"The Ramada can be proud of their warm and welcoming staff. The food was outstanding and the stay was most enjoyable. The pool and gym facilities were also very good. One suggestion would be weekly maintenance inspections to assure the room amenities are in working order. We found that the towel racks were loose from the wall and the tub leaked in one of our rooms and was missing the knob to select the tub."

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent two-day stay. Despite booking a Premium Suite, my experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I expected.
During my stay, I encountered several serious issues:
- Lack of Service: I called room service multiple times, but no one ever arrived to assist me.
- Safety Hazards: The toilet seat in my suite was broken, and there was exposed wiring next to it, which poses a significant electric shock risk.

"I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba.
The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO manager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue.
I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options"

"This is a new hotel so it’s still working out the kinks. The hotel is large and modern looking. They offered us chai on arrival which was a nice touch after a long drive. The pool was a highlight for the kids. The breakfast buffet was decent but the dinner was disappointing - slow and not very good.
