"The room was very nice and clean, so was almost all of the rest of the hotel. The hot tub had some grime floating in it, pretty gross but expected i guess. the receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude handling our check in. we did not realize there was an age limit, we had to change the name on our reservation, which is not the hotels fault, however the receptionist handled it with absolutely zero hospitality, comparable to a robot with how he acted. overall very average hotel, nothing special. i would not stay here again. "

"Fireplace wasn’t working but they comped me so it wasn’t a big issue. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Like always give it your own little clean but other than that great quiet place to get away . "

"Wondering if this place is under new management. My room was never made up for the 3 days I stayed there, despite me visiting the lobby and requesting it. On my first night there I was confronted in the parking lot by a disturbed person who followed me around the lot. I got a rude and unacceptable response from the employee in the lobby when I reported this incident. I'll probably stay elsewhere on my next visit."

"Parking was easy to get to. The room was good for the price, nothing extravagant. No bugs, which now days is the biggest thing i pay attention to beci do nkt want to bring unwelcomed guest home with me. "

"Nice renovation on the rooms but definitely could use better cleaning. Staff was awesome. Great location! Have stayed here multiple times, beach is so amazing and more private than other local beach access points. Definitely wasn't happy about this last room having a shared balcony and a toddler running around yelling at 6am back and forth and on our side of the balcony, slamming the storm door repeatedly. Kids riding scooters on ramp walkways above, Definitely not the needed rest we were hoping for. Not the kids fault but would have liked to have been informed of the shared balcony and have had the option to have a different option. Bummed the hot tub and restaurant were no longer, and were told we would see a reflection in price because we weren't informed until after booking but no discounts were given. The maintenance guy was very helpful, and we made sure to tip, the staff was wonderful! Will definitely be back."
