Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was little confusing - the front desk could not find my reservation with just my name. We finally found the confirmation number in Expedia and they were able to locate my reservation after that.

Clean room, friendly staff, only downside was parking; if you didn’t use valet, you used a garage right next to the hotel but it was nearly impossible to get back in to get your vehicle when leaving

Sonesta Denver Downtown
There is no justification for $7 bottle water in the hotel lobby or $55 per night valet parking. Only tells the hotel only wants to exploit customers. It is not about cost but I what one gets for it. Sonesta will not be my first choice in the future
