We had two parties during our stay with adjoining rooms. The parking here is terrible, definitely not adequate. Staff was snarky when asking for any help. One room the bathroom was terrible, it was dirty (soap spots on the walls and on the artwork hanging in the bathroom, bathroom door was broken and didn’t even have a lock - just big hole where the lock was supposed to be - there was so much dirt and grime in our bathroom that we used the bathroom in the other room we reserved, the sink had a giant crack that ran across the entire length of it, the end tables and tv stand were sticky and dirty upon our arrival.. will not stay here again.

It is extremely difficult to like because the bad experiences both at check in and checkout, overshadowed the entire stay. Some of the staff were unnecessarily rude, especially at check out. Such stark attitude is not welcoming at all. During my stay, my vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin very much except that the morning after our check in, our toilet would not flush. It really needed up our morning s my girls were here for a dance competition and a functioning bathroom was REALLY important.

We stayed here over Spring break with our kids (ages 6 & 13) for 4 nights, and loved it! The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The view of the mountains from the room was incredible (7th floor), room 719. Pool was clean with plenty of towels. Housekeeping kept us full of fresh towels and supplies. We traveled easily to Red Rock, Argo Mill, Downtown, Denver Science Museum and everywhere in between. Scooters, donuts, and McDonalds were just 1 exit up for mornings! We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

I have visited this Westin property before, however, it was not as uncomfortable and slightly difficult as this one. Day/Night 1 there was hair and brown stains on the sheets. I was too exhausted from travel to request assistance, new bedding, or even a new room. Therefore, I cranked up the heat and slept on top of the bedding. The next day I requested room service to change the bedding only to return to the same issue of the hair and light brown stains on the bedding. To say the least my entire stay I slept on top of the bedding. The carpet in my room had stains. While in the room once, room service placed the comforter on the floor! Yikes. There were soooo many guests with about 2-3 guest service members I just decided to settle with the conditions. In addition, I could not enjoy the relaxation of being in my room because I was placed next to a room that was receiving repairs. Which means loud banging, drilling, slamming doors. This was everyday! I had no choice but rose early between 7:30am-8:30am, so no sleeping in or catching up on rest for me. That sucks. Then returning to the room during the afternoon was the same issue. Once I had the television volume on 100 that’s how long it was. I would call guest services from my room and it would ring continuously or no ring at all. The on property smoking is an issue as well. I think the property should consider creating a designated area for smokers. A week’s stay, I would loved a more enhanced experience.

We had reserved a king room. When we arrived the check in clerk assured us we had a king room.When we got to the room it had two double beds and was an accessible room with no tub.. We called and basically were told they were to busy and that was just how it was. The tv stopped working after about 15 minutes in the room. After dinner when we came back the elevators were so overloaded with people it took us 30 minutes to get to our room. In the morning the shower had no water pressure. Overall not a good experience.

Great hotel stay
My family and I stayed just one night at this property for a quick city getaway. We were very impressed with the ease of check-in, ample parking, available amenities & cleanliness of the property throughout. We especially loved how comfy the beds were. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times and been very happy. This time we were really disappointed. There seems to be a lack of general upkeep and maintenance. In our first room, the tv didn't work and neither did the little frig, so they moved us. In our second room, our sink didn't drain properly. We had a handicap accessible room, but the handheld sprayer didn't work. Using the diverter, the above shower head would shut off, but water wouldn't come out of the sprayer. We ordered room service and the food was good, but they just gave us ketchup with everything we ordered, but no salt and pepper. I wrote all of this down and gave it to the front desk when we checked out. We received a bit of a discount @ check out, but it didn't help our overall outlook on the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly.
