They are obviously remodeling, so lots of materials around, which is understandable. But our room didn’t have chairs, a small couch, or table. Nowhere to sit except our beds.

Good: Breakfast was fine. The hotel is in OK shape and good location to airport but limited dining nearby in walking distance (just a Denny's or room service). Our room was clean. Bad: Satellite TV goes in snow storms. Hot tub was non-functional when we were there, which was a bummer since we booked specifically for that. Rooms need some paint and upkeep. Had a broken window in our room, some of the baseboards in rooms are bad. One guest complained to me about the smoke detector going off, and another group said room smelled of tobacco smoke despite being smoke-free. There's not easy access to RTD system, so dependent on shuttle or car.

Booked a king sized bed and got a queen, then staff argued stating it was a king size when it was obviously not. Noisy, poor repairs done, room cold when we checked in. Only good thing was the shuttle and the amazing driver

One of the best Ramadas I have ever stayed. The front desk staff is friendly and super helpful and the best part is the shuttle service to the nearest locations like train station and the airport.

Worst hotel in DIA
I was charged twice for security deposit on top of that the housekeeper told the front desk I stole a pillow. First off, I can afford to buy my own pillows. I was charged a total of 407.00 for a two night stay. Managers don't know there ass from there elbow obviously. They didn't even check to see if I had already been charged at check-in. The room wasn't even clean properly. I found hair in my tub and on the floor. Stains on the nightstand from previous customer. I just can't believe that this type of hotel is doing honest people like this. I clean behind myself. Took my own trash, Bagged my towels, like went the whole extra mile to make the housekeepers job easier. Just pissed! Seriously pissed! Terrible place to stay. Dishonest staff!

Helpful staff. Clean room. Efficient stay. I saw a few bad reviews and was concerned. I thought it was clean and safe and have stayed in much worse. It was good for the price and I would stay again.
