First room was dirty, with blood stained, amongst other unpleasant smells & sights. Was given another room, not much better, decided just to deadbolt & put everything in front of the door as well as sleep in clothes & leave as soon as my daughter waked up.

Maid service knocks on your door 4-6 times a day after you decline there service the 1st time. Threatening to kick me out and not give a refund for refusing maid service 2 days in a row (bc my property was moved on 2nd day staying here) Extremely rude managers. Yelling at people for nonsense and making assumptions. Maid service is in organized.

Had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and pot. Knocks on the door all hours of the night. Not the very clean.

The room had an off smell to it, like someone tried to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke, but didn't do a great job. The bed was very old and couldn't even hold up my mother who only weighs 116lbs. The room did not match the photos. There was water damage go the furniture, and the curtains were pretty heavily damaged as well. Overall, not a comfortable stay. The only upside was that I was able to check in quite a bit early.

The room was a nonsmoking room but the sheets, blankets, and linens freaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floors were disgusting.

The heating blows forced air over the bed making it very uncomfortable to fill the draft all night. The room smells of smoke and the bathroom smells of marihuana.

The girls at the front desk are very sweet and very helpful with getting my room fixed when I booked for the wrong day I was very stressed about it and they helped me fix it and these are all the night girls that work the desk at night so thank you very much you guys are awesome.

I stay at here almost every visit to Denver and it always does it’s job! Provides me with a quiet place to sleep and hold my belongings while I’m out enjoying the city! The staff are always extremely helpful and kind couldn’t ask for better service!

Super helpful friendly staff
The staff here was incredibly helpful and friendly! I had some issues with my reservation and they went out of their way to care care of me. It was so appreciated. The room itself was not bad and definitely adequate. A comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The air conditioning/heater didn’t work very well but I got by. The environment outside was a little crazy but if you stay in your room and lick the door you’ll be OK…

The fact there was a sticker on the inside of the door strongly recommending using the security bolt when you are in the room is very telling. That and the fact you put more effort than usual just to open the door. And my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. But if you can get past those things, it's not all bad, they do have a pool, no bedbugs, and for the price I could deal with all the negatives.

Not impressed
Not much the hotel could do but the area was bad. A lot of homeless people around and staying there. No security people pounding on doors late at night. Police sirens and garbage pickup beepers and crashing. Every day. Pool was ok dated place.

Regardless of the terms offered, all rooms are smoking. Only the lobby is nonsmoking. We had to find other lodging.
