We have stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. Love the manager’s reception and the best breakfast buffet with an omelette bar. Close to shopping and things to do.
Wish they had a hot tub, though.
We will stay here again!!❤️

We love this hotel, and stay here most trips to Denver. We love the hot buffet breakfast with omelets and fresh fruit. It is a short drive to downtown Denver. The hotel is super clean, quiet and offers a fun happy hour social.

I had to cancel my stay after my car was stolen in their parking lot while I was inside getting my room keys. I purchased the insurance and never set foot in my room. I was not given a refund!

Hi James, we are very sorry to hear that you don't like the shower amenities. The only change that we are making at our property is to add body wash in 2024 which is recommended by our Brand. Hopefully you will like this new addition.
It was a great hotel. Unfortunately the room temperature stayed at 75 degrees even though we had our thermostat set at 60. We couldn’t sleep because we were too hot but it was too late at night to report it or do anything. Everything else, especially the breakfast was wonderful.

clean room/bathroom. Friendly staff. happy hour was fun and the restaurant/bar was good. Breakfast was really awesome. Pool fun but could use a cleaning and a bummer there's no hot tub

Very friendly staff. Made everything smooth and easy, especially since I had a late flight in. Good breakfast in the morning before I ventured out for my hikes. Lots of kids, but overall I had a great experience.

Staff was not welcoming or helpful. From check in to breakfast the next day, nothing went right. There was only one out of three elevators working for 9 floors of guests. Waiter at the restaurant for dinner was less than helpful and rude. Went to breakfast at 9am and it closed at 10am. No fresh food and didn’t refill any of the breakfast options. You had to wait in a 20 min line to get an omelette, every other food option was gone. Worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at.

Very nice, clean rooms. The employees are very nice and helpful. Our waitress at the restaurant was hands down one of the best we have ever had. She was amazing! Our food was also very good! The room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to a king for $20. The upgrade gave us snacks & drinks in the room. It was worth the extra $20!

Quite expensive ($190 for solo traveler on a Friday, November 2023). However, the suite provided a quiet sleep and the buffet breakfast with omelette bar was good. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to expense but, if you don’t mind that, it is an adequate choice.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bathroom had hair on the ceiling and in sink. Bed was not completely made I had to put the fitted sheet on one side of the bed.

Michelle, there is no excuse for letting you occupy a suite smelling like cigarette smoke nor a room that wasn't properly cleaned. We are a non-smoking property and unfortunately some guests choose to not abide to our policies. However, our housekeeping team should not have listed the suite as ready. We are very sorry for these issues and will quickly work on getting them corrected.
When I went to take a shower there was a bar of soap still in the shower which made me think they didn't clean. We had a concert to attend so couldn't participate in the nightly reception. I tried to use a drink coupon 15 minutes early and the bartender was rude and didn't even turn around to speak to me. I feel like they should let you use the drink coupon a little earlier because it's part of what you pay for.

Unfortunately, the evening reception is only from 5:30pm to 7:00pm every day, but the bar does open at 5pm for those guests that would like to purchase a drink. Might stay here again, I hope it will be better
It was an ok stay for one night. There were a few hiccups with the elevator working correctly and there is not a hot tub in the pool area, even though it is shown in the pictures. I was not aware of the $75 per night pet fee. My bathroom sink and tub didn't drain. However, the customer service and food were very good.

We apologize if you were misled as that was definitely not our intention. Our pet fees are listed on our website and are competitive with other pet friendly hotels. Great to hear that you enjoyed the service we provided.
