Staffing was sweet. Very unhappy with early am, shuttle guy, cranky, & unwilling to use, an opportunity to deop me, off @ American connection, so I could hook, into ADA, & keep, my 5 yr old & my butt SAFE. He was all English, until he got mad, & stubborn. Then acted confused, & switched to speaking, his foreign, language. I let your clerk, know. I still could understand, their conversation. I just moved my timing, & went with 6am, shift, which got move to 6:30a. Cuz of him to. He knows, I was irritated. I did not need to be more anxious, as I stayed with you, over flaws, in travel. With American for 2 days. ALL, the earlier, airport shuttle drivers, were very pleasant. Very professional.
I am very kind, when I ask? Never caused, a situation. You need to also; address, homeless rudeness, I get why/what you deal with, I was still with your clerk, & an obvious, lady, w/freshly, wet hait, came, in from outside, w/o shoes, it was 5:45am, I aaked her, very simply, where her socks were & slippers. She said “WHAT, you going ti give me some lady, or cash⁉️ & interrupted, our Convo, entirely, to get free, something. Making even yiur staff, apologize for her, I kept telling this, darling young man. No one should ever apologize for another humans, idiocies. She was just a processed, pushy, rude, individual. I expected no apology, from her & she was bold & dismissive with me. Get some security, & or watch thru securty servers…pretty sure in todays techy world, you habe it⁉
