"One of the toilets would not flush and was leaking. We reached out yo the property owner and she said maintenance would come the next day and fix it. They never came, so 4 people had to share one toilet for three days. When we reached out to the property owner again about the toilet, we were told to get the plunger and unclog it ourselves. Very unprofessional. "

"We had a good stay while in town for Air Force BMT graduation. It was less than 30 min from base so it was not a far drive. Don't let the rough-looking neighborhood deter you. The inside of the house was very cute, clean, and updated. Beds were comfortable.I fell in love with the huge walk in closet in the master bedroom! "Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond...
