"The rooms were a mess the bedding had burn holes in them, so did the table in the room. The curtains had holes, the walls were so dirty. The door didn’t lock and had no deadbolt. The hallways were so dirty as well as the outside.the smell of the hotel was not great at all."

"Definitely not the quality you used to expect from this hotel. Nice but not elegant service anymore. Palace Arms menu is fixed price so choices are limited and you get everything from nicely dressed to tee shirts and shorts. Probably won’t stay again."
