There was a smell throughout the hotel. Luckily it wasn’t in the room itself. Staff were helpful through checking in and providing clean towels without asking.

I haven’t stayed in a Super 8 motel before and normally would choose a property that is nicer, but the surrounding hotels in Denton we’re all at the $300 level and we’re talking just for a Best Western. So we saved some money and stayed at the budget motel. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We survived.

We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back.

Overall it was a decent experience, staff were easy to speak with and helpful. We kept having issues with the key cards not working, it got a little frustrating; 2 night stay we had to get new key cards 5 different times. Room was pretty clean and A/C was amazing. Other problem was the sink and shower leaked(dripped) non stop, just needs to be repaired. Coffee wasn't available 24hrs a day.as stated. I would stay here again, these are simple fixes.

While there was nothing wrong with the stay nor the room, I am rating 4 Stars only since the property appeared like it needed a little work. Overall, the room and property were clean and everything worked as expected in the bathroom, etc. The bed, pillows, and sheets were clean - however the bed was not very comfortable overall. But, it is rated as a 2 Star motel and the price was reasonable. Also I am a 50+ year old so the bed is probably fine for a younger adult. Overall, a good place to stay at a good location for a good price.
