Spectacular pool house with hot tub and cinema

  • Summary:
    Enjoy our pamerous hot tub, fire pit, bbq, large seating areas, hammocks, and chaises. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms:
    Downstairs has two gorgeous master suites. One with an indoor jacuzzi and pool view. Living room with fireplace and a pretty game room with a pool table. Sparkling white kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a magnificent dining room facing the pool.
    Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a movie theater room with Bose 5.1 surround sound system.

    The house is located in a charming scenic natural area with nearby walking trails and a few steps from a tranquil fishing pond. Lake Lewisville is a few miles away where you can enjoy family picnics and boat trips. DFW airport is only 20 miles away, Denton cinema is 5 minutes ride and you can also find a huge shopping and restaurant center with absolutely anything you need just 5 miles away!

    Other Things to Note:
    Feel free to use the bicycles we have at the garage and ride the 19 miles concrete Train Rail Trail that stats nearby.

Fantastic Experience

This is a wonderful property with tons of great amenities. It was a perfect backdrop for a weeklong conference that my colleagues and I were attending at the Gaylord Resort. The host was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating for things that came up over the week. We would absolutely stay here again!

I ended up needing medical attention

The house is cute on the exterior -Photos make the back yard look much larger than it really is -The palm trees were dead -The 5th bedroom was locked -We were staying 4 nights, we only had 2 wash cloths so we had to.buy towels -we also had to buy cleaning supplies to mop floors, clean showers, counters, outdoor furniture, etc... - stains on comforters & pillow cases - upstairs theater has fleas . I was bitten over 20x . My anaphylaxis flared up & i ended up seeking medical attention. I was coverd in hives & huge red bumps. All of these things were reported to the manager & they didn't assist I wish I could post videos & photos

Excellent property for a family trip. Clean and comfortable home with many extras that make for a special stay. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We will definitely stay again on any future trips.

This property is the perfect place to stay— We needed to find a place quickly and with all we needed for a month after a house flood. It had everything you could possibly need and more. It was well located, great design and well and tastefully furnished. Games, bicycles, pick, hot tub and fire pit with comfort kept in mind in every detail. We were stressed and tired and this was the rejuvenating remedy we needed! I highly recommend it😁
