Would give a 9.9 out of 10 stars! All that was missing was creamer/sugar for the coffee. Other than that, plenty of towels, room was nice and cold. No complaints whatsoever.

Seamless and pleasant

We really, really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and simple. The neighborhood is quiet and within a block of a convenience if you wanna stop and grab a snack before you tuck in for the night. The A/C cranks which is great in the Texas heat. We were freezing (in a good way).The host is very kind and responds very quickly if you need anything. You will hear folks coming and going from the main house but everyone was pretty quiet. We met a few of the neighbors and everyone was so nice. We hope to stay here again if available! Denton is the best!
