"Beautiful water views from deck, walkable neighborhood, I loved the common kitchen/living room and deck! Free coffee and tea was a nice touch. Room was spacious, clean. Restaurant next door so convenient, food was good and service was amazing. Highly recommend."

"Lodging was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Bed was unmade, garbage was full in bathroom and kitchen, used bath towels left in bathroom. Patio door deadbolt was stuck and did not lock and was therefore unsecured for duration of stay. No shampoo or body wash provided. Smoke alarms were low on batteries and let out a loud, shrill shriek every 45 seconds for duration of stay, including the one in the living room on the lofted ceiling out of reach. I was awoken at 3 am to the smoke alarm in my bedroom yelling at me to change the batteries. When I did so, the chirps did not stop in the living room. It's a shame because otherwise, the cabin was adorable and in a gorgeous location. Based on the lack of amenities and cleanliness, it did not feel worth the price."

"All two people really need! Clean, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, ample parking, quiet spot. We are repeat guests. Had no issues so did not need to contact hosts but have met/ spoke with before and are very nice and responsive."

"The location was perfect! The house was very comfortable and being directly on the lake was a real treat. It was great to have access to a dock and kayak. We definitely missed that the second bedroom was an outside bunk house, but there was plenty of extra bedding to sleep on the couch! Very much appreciated the personal, homey details at the property."

"Absolutely wonderful! Property was amazing! View was amazing! All the info from the host was amazing! It didn’t hurt that we had perfect Maine weather either!Only note, bathroom is on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. I did not notice that prior to our stay.Thank you! Would LOVE to come back any time!!"

"Cabin was stocked with everything imaginable. Area was beautiful especially the walk to the private beach where the dog was in his personal playground. We closed on a new home in Eastport and was delighted to be introduced to a beautiful spot in Lubec."
