"This is a small family owned motel on a side street just a short walk from the beach. It has a pool in the middle of the parking lot, but once you are inside the fencing, you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a parking lot. In the evening people were outside on their balconies making it a very friendly atmosphere as families had dinner and ran back and forth to grandparents rooms. We had a kitchenette with a great size refrigerator that held a lot more than just your leftovers from last night. You could walk to a few restaurants. It was in a great central location that we were able to bike the Cape Cod rail trail and use our boats to go down the swan river from swan pond with a 20 minute travel time to our starting points. Inside the unit everything was clean. The decor was nice even though the furnishings were vintage. Bed was comfortable. I would go back again."
