Situated just 1 mile from popular Sea Street Beach and a short drive to numerous others located along Nantucket Sound. This split level layout provides you with abundant space, making it perfect for familes or a multi generational stay. Featuring an open floor plan, the living area flows directly into the dining room and well equipped kitchen. Through the sliding door you will find an ample deck with plentiful outside seating, gas grill and fully enclosed outside shower.

The 2nd level of the home features three comfortable bedrooms and a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The lower level of the home will have a secondary living area with TV and additional sleeping to fit your family of 8. The 2nd bathroom with stand up shower is also located on this level. The home also boasts central air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer nights.

Great location and set up.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the set up of the house. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The location was awesome. My only complaints were that the bed in the master was awful. Thankfully we had an extra room and that bed was better. The ac worked amazing in the lowest part but was stuffy where the main beds were. It was cool enough we could open the windows. The grill was filthy when we went to use it. And lastly, the tree outside where you park dropped sap all loved our cars which took forever to come off. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t stay again for those reasons.
