Located in Dennisport, this home is perfectly situated along Nantucket Sound with direct beach access to a shared/private beach, shared with only 8 neighbors. Boasting an expansive layout, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, perfect for a family of 10. The great room greets you with stunning views of the manicured lawn and bright ocean waves. These views are unbeatable and will take your breath away! Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying your morning coffee with an ocean view. This is the ideal spot for a family vacation or relaxing getaway.

You’ll love the main floor’s open kitchen with nautical décor and plenty of seating. Off the kitchen there are three cozy bedrooms (one being a master suite with King bed) and an additional den with a TV, books, games, and puzzles for family fun. The second floor has two more bedrooms including a second master suite featuring a King bed, private bathroom, and amazing views. With ample living space, this home is just right for multi-generational stays! Everything you need for outdoor dining is here. Relax on the enclosed patio with a gas grill, extra seating or enjoy the back deck overlooking the water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing home with several breakout spaces inside and out that makes it perfect for a family gathering. Backyard patio, front deck, level oceanfront green space, private beach, den separate from main gathering area, and more. Loved that the TV was not in main gathering oceanfront room. Quirky nautical decor had us discovering interesting things day 1 through day 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Lawn well maintained. Lots of space inside and plenty of parking. Our only complaint is the furniture. Main sitting room has old uncomfortable, dirty furniture which was unfortunate as it is a wonderful room to hang out in. A large leather sectional would be awesome here...easy to clean. Also, all mattresses except king upstairs are hard as rocks...definitely heard complaints from the over 50 crowd. I would return but with memory foam toppers if mattresses are not updated and also bring a couch cover for the dirty couch. Overall a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my husband's 50th and also a family reunion. The house was PERFECT! Enough space, the light and beach access was spectacular! The team at Martha Murray were nothing short of fabulous! They made every arrangement to make sure we were comfortable. Super responsive when we had small issues, and just had an amazing attitude when it came to customer service. We hope to go again next year! Best place to make memories with your family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a beautiful location which is quite large, spacious and a tremendous view. With that being said the reason we got this property was because it was ocean front.This is definitely true but there is so much erosion you water goes up to the rocks. We brought our grandchildren here and it was not safe for them to use. We used the public beach next door which defeats the whole purpose of the house.
