Warm and charming decor throughout. .2 miles to Raycroft Beach. Hardwood floors in living room and bedrooms. Enjoy the paper and morning coffee on the three season porch / sun room that is directly off of the eat in kitchen. Totally fenced in rear yard with deck, patio and a shaded sitting area. Home offers central air conditioning, a microwave, toaster oven, Wifi, cable and a flat screen TV. A patio table with umbrella, gas grill and chaise lounges are also provided.
Special Note: This home has a stand up shower only. No bathtub

Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.

Good location but could use living room furniture upgrade.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and value. No frills accommodation. No washer / dryer. Living room furniture is not comfortable and could use an upgrade.

Good location and price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is worth it for location/price. Otherwise it could use some improvements. A/C is weak and can't handle late-July/early-August warmth. The house is cluttered and in need of some major cleaning. We left it much cleaner than we found it. It is probably time to replace the grill or at least provide liners. Lack of dishwasher should be mentioned on the website. It is really all about location and price here.

A nice little place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice place for a group of 6 friends. Not perfect, but I would stay here again. The location is perfect and very quiet. It is near some of our favorites restaurants that were within walking distance. The bathroom was very clean which is very important to me. But the rest was just superficially clean. All fans were very dirty. The pink bedroom had dust bunnies on the ceiling and walls. I don’t think the furniture had ever been pulled away from the walls and cleaned behind and under. It is a very cluttered house with furniture and “things”. We came away with a few bruises from bumping into furniture. It has a very nice sitting enclosed porch perfect for morning coffee and to sit in the evening.

Great vacation But ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was great, the ocean was the ocean and we were close to it, and the cottage was nice looking. But as one of your questions asks: the property was NOT clean and well-maintained. The cleaning crew left soap (or something) on the kitchen floor; it was a mini ice rink. The fridge did last the week, but sounded like a wash machine. Annoying when eating in the kitchen. For some reason, there was no clothes line. When we got there the kitchen sink light flickered all the time, and the overhead lights flickered 2-3 times a minute. Nobody's fault, but the main bedroom is right under the attic fan, which was pretty loud and usually on all night. You get used to it but it takes time. We called Martha Murray on Monday and they came out promptly and fixed most problems, except for the fridge and attic fan noise.
