Cozy three bedroom home with updated eat in kitchen

Updated 3 Bedroom home with updated eat in kitchen. Less than 1 mile drive to Glendon or Haigis beach in Dennis Port. Home offers a nice enclosed screened porch and a large rear deck with wooden walkway to enclosed outside shower. Recently remodeled kitchen including new cabinets, counter, floor, refrigerator and microwave. Hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, new flat screen TV, WiFi and microwave. Bathroom was recently remodeled, along with a new patio put in. A gas grill and picnic table is provided . Central air conditioning, new paint, new floors, and new living room furniture for the 2026 season! Safe to say, new pictures coming soon!

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

Comfy cottage

We loved the house and neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Close to a cozy little beach and everything we wanted to do. It was mostly clean, there was some clothes left from previous guests under the beds. Overall great experience and would rent again.
