The cottage was truly adorable and very clean! Although the listing is for up to 4 quests, I think 2 is just right. We were able to use the single room for our belongings, as the queen room didn't offer a lot of space.Great location to the beach with the walking distance just a stones throw away. No need for a parking beach pass.Previous reviews suggested that the Queen bed was uncomfortable. Rest assured, that this was not the case and possibly the mattress has been replaced.The location and neighbors were pleasant but kept to themselves. The peace and quiet was amazing!We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year renting this vacation property, and I found that conditions have deteriorated a little bit. Floors were very sandy when I arrived. Outdoor shower does not drain properly. No longer an outdoor grill on the premises. Blades of ceiling fan in primary bedroom hitting the light fixture. Windowshades and pictures not properly hung, tend to fall down when used. Property management company very professional in addressing issues during my stay..

My issue was there was only one air conditioner in the living room and with the heat it would have helped to have two. Also, the queen mattress was not comfortable and I would recommend it being replaced. Martha Murray staff were professional and friendly.
