Unbeatable location. Private beach with restaurants and Mayflower beach within walking distance. The house has 5 bedrooms (3 queens, 5 twins beds). Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 2.5 baths. Cable/WiFi. Outdoor shower. Path off the back deck leads to two lowers decks on the beach. Beach stairs lead to private beach. Master has a private deck with panoramic bay views. Grill with outdoor patio dining. Laundry in basement with second fridge. Steps to Mayflower beach which has a snack shack. Jet ski rentals and parasailing available off Sesuit Harbor (5 minute drive).

The house is located a mile from Dennis Village which has Cape Cod Playhouse, Dennis Public Market, café's (Mercantile, Underground Bakery, Zest, Donut Shack), restaurants (Scargo Café, Red Pheasant, Pecorino, Fin, Encore Bistro & Bar, Galleria Wine Bar), bike rental shop, antique stores, specialty cheese and wine shop, Nancy's Candy, and local gift shops. The house is walking distance to Chapin's restaurant (fantastic raw bar!) and Gina's by the Sea (gourmet Italian cuisine).

Location, location, location

Our family vacation was great. The deck on the way to the beach was lovely and the access to a great bay beach was terrific. Though the house is one over from the public beach, it was no problem. We met the owners, who are very friendly, on the beach. It’s a great family vacation house with plenty of room.

Lovely location

The location of this house is perfect and the beach and ocean views are awesome. It is very close to a public beach, so the crowds from that beach can spill onto the private beach of this property. The house itself was comfortable and spacious enough (we comfortably fit 11 people; 6 adults and 5 kids). The second full bath is in the basement, which was not always a comfortable place for kids to access. Overall, a lovely property.

Unbeatable location on private beach

Beautiful location to enjoy the beach. Beach itself is perfect for children with a long shallow waters at low tide. Note the house doesn’t have a/c. You have to make your own beds. The house does not come with any towels (indoor or outdoor). Kitchen equipment is all in working order. Some mismatched chairs around tables inside and out give it a little bit of a family camp feel. Porches are beautiful and house was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was so handy. You cannot beat the views and outdoor experience here. Truly special location.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week; the house was perfect for our 2 families with kids. You can’t beat the easy beach access out the back door and sunsets on the bay!
