"It had everything you needed.2 fans in every room. But one air conditioner in the window by the back door would have cooled the whole house down. Nice open floor plan. Was very hot and muggy when we were there. Much needed hand rails on front steps would have been nice. And some cleanup landscaping would have made the outside look much more appealing. "This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs."

"The house was just great! Everything that we needed was thought of, beach chairs, towels and buggies.....even lots of kids sand toys which was a lovely touch. The house was spotless, with plenty of room for the kids and the dog! I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a trip to the Cape."
