2026 Rates: $629/night PEAK season; $543/night LOW season; $429/night OFF season

Stunning location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very well equipped house with plenty of space for everyone, and stunning views. The lake is beautiful, clean and clear for swimming and the kayaks etc that are provided are great. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen, and it was wonderful having so many toys and toiletries provided too. The furnishings and interiors are quite old fashioned, but it was very clean and tidy. Just ignore the mention of air conditioning in the listing as that's not accurate - there is one small unit downstairs but nothing in the bedrooms other than fans, and it topped 90 degrees in the attic bedrooms which made for some uncomfortable nights. But the location is stunning and made up for any shortcomings, it's clearly a well loved family vacation home and we enjoyed being able to share it.

Reviewer Comments: Everything in this property was perfect. the property manager was helpful. the only think we had to complain was the that the dock was not set up for a boat, didn't had any clips or buoy to tie the boat or protect the boat from hitting the dock. We tried everything to protect the boat and the dock but 1 day after the boat was damage by the wake making the boat hit the dock. We contact the property manager and he took care of it. But should be there to begin with it..

The location was breath takingly beautiful. We loved sitting out on the two porches. Our crew from 15 -88 yo got out swimming, snorkling, kayaking & canoeing. Everyone wants to go back again. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the cabin vibe.

Reviewer Comments: MPARVA is by far the nicest rental we have stayed at in the lakes region. the house was impeccable, three bathrooms for all the kids, plenty of beds so no doubling up and room in the house so we’re not bumping into each other. location is great with a view that you never get tired of.
