Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable villa "Villa Toscana", 3 storeys. In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 380 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, barbecue house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 650 m, bar, café 550 m, bus stop 2.8 km, railway station 2.8 km, ferry 4.4 km, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Villa Toscana", 6-room villa 200 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Sehr schöne Objekt

Es ist eine sehr schöne Haus. Nur die Matrazen sind sehr ungemutlich. Sonst alles super. Gute ruhige lage für urloup mit Familie.
