Familienurlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Villa. Unsere beiden Söhne konnten wieder frei auf dem Grundstück spielen und den Pool genießen. Auch Fußballspielen auf der Wiese ist möglich. Raumaufteilung ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber das ist für uns keinen Minuspunkt wert. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen womöglich bald wieder.

Wir hatten diese Villa schon früher in der engeren Auswahl und dieses Jahr gebucht. Die Villa und die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da was sich der Urlauber wünscht. Zur Lage: Es geht tagsüber eine angenehme Brise über die Terrasse. Zu erreichen ist die Villa allerdings nur über eine Einbahnstraße und die Hofeinfahrt sehr steil. Tief hängende Fahrradträger auf der Anhängerkupplung setzen hier gerne heftig auf. Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder

Lovely place

Beautiful house in quiet location. Well equipped and very good check in and out system. Host was very helpful. It is quite a long walk into Denia and back is all uphill. Not good for anyone who doesnt walk well but you can get taxis in town €10. Lovely relaxing holiday. Denia is superb town with lots to do.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem wirklich nahezu perfektem Haus. Der Pool ist abfallend, was besonders für unseren Sohn toll war um zum Beispiel Ball mit seinem Papa zu spielen oder auch reinzuspringen. Alle Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage bestückt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch war einiges an Geschirr dreckig (was dem Urlaubsgefühl keinen Abbruch getan hat!). Auch die Schrankinhalte waren unordentlich. Die Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubs war sehr persönlich und unkompliziert. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir, trotz, dass wir in einer Wohngegend gewohnt haben, das Gefühl von absoluter Ruhe hatten. Das Grundstück ist wenig einsichtig, was ebenfalls zu diesem Gefühl beigetragen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison de vacance avec piscine agréable, sans point négatif important. Le seul point un peu négatif était les terrasses couvertes qui n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Normal d'avoir des feuilles avec le vents mais un nombre de tâches importantes au sol. J'ai dû nettoyer à l'eau et savon, lors de notre arrivée, afin d'avoir un sol propre. Mais pour le reste, maison agréable, complète, une vue sur la mer, calme.
