Private: property 1'160 m2, garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Fijn huis

Dit is een fijn huis waar wij al eerder geweest waren en graag nog eens terugkomen. Veel huizen in de buurt hebben (buiten) trappen, dit huis heeft alles gelijkvloers, wat fijn is met kleine kinderen. Voor ons is het enige minpuntje van deze woning dat er geen vaatwasser is. Bij 'Keuken & keukengerei' heb ik 'slecht' ingevuld omdat het keukengerei gewoon niet schoon was.

Location qui a surpassé nos attentes. La vue est magnifique, aucun vis à vis et un endroit extrêmement calme où l'on peut se ressourcer en toute quiétude. Très bon équipement également à l'intérieur de la maison. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres mais des ventilateurs efficaces qui font parfaitement l'affaire.

La casa tiene muy buenas vistas pero habría que arreglar alguna cosa, como las sartenes, tuvimos que comprar unas…eran inutilizables. El baño habría que actualizarlo un poco….y si tendría aire acondicionado sería insuperable. La piscina se 10.

Casa normal y agradable pero... * Lavadora en Alemán, por lo menos pueden poner un cartel con la traducción o instrucciones de como o en que posición poner los mandos. * No tiene extractor de humos, incomprensible (no cocinaran). * No tiene sartenes pequeñas o que no se pegue la comida. * No tiene aire acondicionado. * Velocidad de internet 5Mb/s. * Demasiado adorno por el salón. * No tiene cable de antena de televisión nacional (no hay antena), solo satélite y el 95% canales codificados.

La villa est fonctionnelle et très bien décorée. La piscine avec son plongeoir est très sympa avec aucun vis à vis. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce qu il faut. Le seul bémol est au niveau de la literie où les matelas auraient besoin d être changés.

Maison très agréable dans un quartier calme

Très jolie maison pratique et décorée avec goût très propre et confortable. Seul petit bémol pour nous la piscine n'est ensoleillée que le matin et comme c'est un endroit très venté il n'y fait pas toujours très chaud. Mais il y a une vue magnifique donc on ne peut pas tout avoir. Excellent accueil d'inter home merci

In diesem Haus kann man Urlaub pur geniessen. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht aufs Meer überwältigend. Der kleine Pool ist einladend und die Terrasse nicht einsehbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen...

Prêts à retourner dans ce lieu enchanteur

Très belle demeure, bien agencée dans un cadre magnifique. Superbe vue sur mer, piscine un peu fraiche mais normale pour une deuxième quinzaine d'octobre. Hélas il nous a fallu partir au bout de 8 jours suite à un décès dans la famille, mais nous espérons bien retourner pour un séjour plus long
