  • Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Luz del Mediterraneo", 3 storeys, built in 2001. 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Marines, 200 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, west facing position. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 11 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, café 250 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 250 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Gewoonweg goed.

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het is de prijs waard. Enorm terras. Vrij uitzicht. De zee en het zandstrand zijn heel dichtbij. Ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie. Dit is ons tweede bezoek hier en we hopen dat het niet ons laatste zal zijn.

Diese Anlage ist einfach sehr schön gelegen, nah am Strand (Fußweg ca. 3 min) und toller Pool in der Anlage! Die Ferienwohnung ist super geschnitten, hier hat eine Familie wunderbar Platz, auch als Alleinreisende hab ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vacances Denia 2023

Appartement agréable situé au dernier étage de la résidence. Résidence très agréable avec une superbe piscine et un parking couvert ce qui est un plus avec la chaleur. Dans l’appartement manque du mobilier de jardin plus récent et surtout des transats pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse qui est très grande. Le kit ménage fournit à l’arrivée est très appréciable. Bon séjour !

BIEN

un grand miroir est nécessaire (déjà demandé ) et aussi un lave-linge qui lave nickel car celui en place il faut "bourrer" de linge dans la machine si bien que la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous... Nous avons eu un soucis d'une pièce qui a cassée sur le store banne, malgré 3 appels à l'agence, personne n'est venue réparer sur les 15 jours de séjours !!?? INACCEPTABLE

Vacance Dénia

Résidence calme, très propre et agréable pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants. La piscine est grande avec un jaccusi. Le logement est correct avec une immense terrasse.

AVIS LUZ DEL MEDITERRANEO

Très bel appartement et grande terrasse,2ème année de location mais ce qui fait vraiment défaut c'est le manque total d'étagère dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser le plus petit flacon !!! et un miroir dans le couloir serait le bienvenue aussi.
