Beautiful, cosy apartment block "La Giralda". On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool angular (15 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, public car park. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 900 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 4.8 km, sandy beach 800 m. Tennis 3 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Very happy overall

Very happy with the property, with just a few comments/problems. It took until the end of the 2nd day to get wifi access sorted, which did cause us problems with our home business. But it was sorted satisfactorily in the end. Perhaps when the house is cleaned at the end of each rental the wifi could be checked to avoid this. The inside of the property was clean & tidy. We thought the kitchen sink taps could do with replacing but thats cosmetic. We feel the property would appeal more to UK tourists IF it were to offer basic English TV via satellite. The pool and gardens were well maintained. A working fan in the shower room would be good. Slightly disappointed there were absolutely no supplies in the house, for instance salt, pepper, sugar, bleach for toilet, washing up liquid and dishcloth. It might be an idea to supply a small quantity of these, even at a small cost, as to buy full size items cost a lot for what we could use in a week. We will be happy to come again to this property.

Trop de bruit même en septembre, éviter les appartements en règle générale, mal insonorisé, familles espagnoles font du tapage jusqu'à 3 heures du matin et le matin de très bonne heure d’autres prennent le relais, piscine peut accessible (1er etage), pas de transat, literie de très mauvaise qualité, pas de lave vaisselle ! Un petit torchon pour tout le séjour, appartement assez grand pour 2 personnes mais très vide, peu de vaisselle, machine à laver (une antiquité) qui provoquait des pannes d’électricité, fuite dans les WC, appartement à éviter sauf pour les espagnols, pas la peine de rentaliser l’appartement d’un propriétaire qui ne fait visiblement aucun effort, wifi de très très médiocre qualité aucune chaîne de télévision étrangère sauf espagnoles
