Welcome to Ca L’Oliera! A cosy, detached holiday home with a private entrance, no neighbours or shared spaces, in central Dénia, about 850 m from the beach.



**Space and comfort**



The 126 m² main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a living/dining room and 3 balconies. One bedroom faces outside; the other gets daylight from an interior courtyard.



**Fully equipped kitchen** with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and utensils.



**Feel at home:** air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work, Smart TV with Netflix, bed linen and towels included.



A cot is available for babies, plus a workspace.



The ground floor has the entrance, stairs and laundry area with washing machine, dryer and laundry sink. A mobility lift is also available.



Entrance with video intercom camera and door-opening sensor. Coordinated arrival and personalised assistance.



Free public parking nearby, subject to availability, and optional private parking for an extra fee.



Pets welcome with prior notice. Maximum 4 guests; no unregistered overnight guests.



**Explore Dénia on foot!** Close to markets, restaurants, shops, the castle and local celebrations. In this central location, urban noise and music may be heard during festivities.



**A house with history:** this was once my grandparents’ grocery shop. Its name honours my grandmother Margarita, known as “La Oliera”.
