The house is located on the road of the marinas with very good access from CN 332 and just a minute walk from the sea, with private exit access. It has 2 double rooms with an outdoor terrace and one with two beds, there is also the possibility of an extra bed, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor, large kitchen and living room with 20m2 covered terrace and an open terrace 100m2 with a small garden and pool, it has a parkin with two large spaces

Buscábamos estar cerca de amigos por lo que la situación es buena pero está alejada de servicios básicos. Este año ha sido muuuuy caluroso y algunos días hemos echado en falta, aire acondicionado. Nos ha gustado que la piscina cubriera 2 m en todo el perímetro. El propietario muy amable.

Demasiadas expectativas

Nada practica la estancia para gente de edad como nuestro caso .,escaleras peligrosisimas y la piscina superpequeña muy peligrosa tambien por su acceso imposible y sin seguridad para subir y bajar. Mosquitos.,cucarachas etc.

Déçu des prestations pour le prix

Je commence par les positifs: jardin sympa et piscine conforme à nos souhaits, bonne situations par rapport à la plage, équipements complets dans la maison excepté les ventilateurs qui ne sont pas assez performants pour la chaleur. Points négatifs: ils sont nombreux et rédhibitoires pour une location à ce prix: Premièrement l'eau dans la maison n'est pas potable, eau du puit ( odeur d'égout), on était obligé d'acheter des bidons d'eau en permanence Deuxièmement, il y a problème électrique avec le lave vaisselle et le réfrigérateur, on se prenait des décharges électriques, limite pour un bien mis en location Troisièmement, notre linge blanc sortait rouillé de la machine. Tous ces problèmes ont été signalé mais les réponses étaient vagues. Le propriétaire a une bonne communication mais cela n'efface pas tous les problèmes. On ne reprendra pas ce bien et nous sommes surpris de ne pas avoir vu de commentaires négatifs dans les avis.

Ubicación excelente a un minuto de la playa. La casa perfecta muy práctica y mejor ubicada imposible, la piscina perfecta; sin duda volveremos. Zona muy tranquila y familiar excelente para desconectar y descansar. Él dueño Ana, Hector muy atentos en todo. Muchas gracias una estancia estupenda.
