This pet-friendly duplex in Denia offers a cozy and convenient stay just 500 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the historic Castillo de Denia. Ideal for couples or small families, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the ferry port, local shops, and vibrant cultural spots. Guests can explore the scenic Parque Natural del Montgó or take a short drive to the charming towns of Jávea and Moraira.

The home spans three levels and features a well-equipped kitchen with a boiling water tap, oven, and microwave. The living/dining room includes a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, while two bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other with a wide single, offer restful nights. Two bathrooms, a private 8 m² terrace with parasol, and a washing room with laundry facilities ensure a comfortable and practical stay. Mobile air conditioning and garden furniture for four add to the relaxed atmosphere.

Surrounded by coastal beauty and cultural gems, the area offers excellent dining.
