  • Apartment 4 people on the first floor of Urb. La Rosaleda I, with 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a spacious living room with a well-equipped American kitchen (vitro, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), a spacious terrace of 16 meters covered with beautiful views of the community pool, urbanization with a large green area 250 meters from the beach. Very close to the center of Denia, in an area with extensive services: supermarkets, bus stop, hospitality, bakery. Parking space in closed area. All exterior, very bright, and is in perfect condition.
    Ideal for families with children and people willing to enjoy a vacation in complete tranquility with all kinds of amenities.
