"What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast. We are dairy and gluten free by allergy which can be challenging to find suitable restaurants however the hotel catered for us and probably one of the breakfasts we’re had in a long time. "A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away.
