An Unforgettable Winter Retreat!

This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in—a marvel of architecture with stunning interiors. A boutique haven located right on the beach, it offered the perfect setting for our winter weekend getaway. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel’s general manager, Mr. Hüseyin, was an outstanding host, and his team provided impeccable service throughout our stay. Nestled in the serene beauty of İğneada on the Black Sea coast, this place is truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed every moment and left with unforgettable memories.

Die Zimmer werden während der Saison sehr spät gereinigt. Als ich morgens um 9 Uhr das Zimmer verließ, um schwimmen zu gehen, war das Zimmer um 17 Uhr abends immer noch nicht gereinigt. Der Service sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein, die Minibar sollte für eine Person sein und nur am ersten Tag kostenlos sein.

Otel genel anlamda çok güz l, çalışanlar ilgili. Ancak, düşük giderinde sorun olduğunu iletmiştik. Kontrol edildi bir şey bulunamadı. Fakat sürekli olmadığını da söyledik. Ancak, çıkış günümüzde giderden dışkı çıktı. Sifon çekildiğinde duşun giderinden küçük parçalar olan su çıktı ve tabi korkunç bir koku. Üzücü bir durum. O sabah ve gece acaba havuz gibi dolan duşakabinin içerisinde ayaklarımız o suya mı değdi diye düşünmeden edemedik. Çıkarken durumu ilettik, çok üzgün olduğunu ilettiler. Ancak, yine de sorunu dinlemek için bir yetkili bize ulaşabilirdi, bir özür bekledik. Hayatımda ilk defa bu kadar olumsuz bir yorum yapıyorum, çünkü ilk defa böyle bir şey yaşadım. Açıkçası çok da ilgililerdi. Şanssızlık mı demek lazım ne denir bilmiyorum sadece bir özür yeterli olurdu. Ayaküstü çıkış yaparken bunu iletmek ve videoları göndermek yetmedi belki de sadece.

Yeni bir otel oldugu icin hersey yeni ve temizdi odalarda temiz ve ferahti. Kahvaltisi yeteri kadar cesitliydi ve lezzetliydi. Ortak tuvaletler biraz pisti peceteler eksikti. Calisanlar biraz acemi olsada ilgiliydiler. Hem cift hem cocukla gidilebilecek guzel bir otel. Restorantlarada yakin guzel bir konuma sahipti.
