"The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...

"Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful home and setting. Peaceful and secluded. The lake at sunrise and the horses and cows on the property were icing on the cake. We were sorry to only be able to stay 2 nights for this trip. We will be back for a longer stay!"

"We stayed 4 nights. Hosts responded quickly and were so friendly. We walked daily around the neighborhood, along the lake trails, and through Rollins College. We could have walked to lots of shopping and lots of restaurants if it wasn’t Florida hot and we’d melt! It’s about 30 minutes to the Disney parks and the local museums are very close. Loved the house and would stay again."

"Nice place still needs finishing up the building. 1. closet no flooring bare concrete. 2 . Rusty shower rods and tub spout falling off. 3. microwave was very small portable unit. 4. No nightlights inside 5. Pillows would flatten down to fast needs to be upgraded"

"This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!"

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The propery was clean and well-maintained. There were even photo props for the graduates to take pictures with (we stayed durung UCF graduation weekend). However, breakfast was not complimentary, which waa surprising, considering the price for our room. "

"Very quaint small resort. Oceanside is a must. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable on the are. Definitely check out the sugar mill pancake factory, per suggestion of the staff. The entire trip was relaxing and stress free. Will definitely be back! "
