Quite Cottage on Private Lake w/Fishing Boat Included!

Lake 21 is a small 69 acre quite lake with no public access and great fishing!
Beautiful views from deck. Cottage is located toward the end of a private cul-de-sac.
The cottage sleeps 6. With one full size bed and two queen beds. Also has pull out sofa in living area for kids.
Kitchen is fully stocked.
Bathroom has sink, toilet and shower
Bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets provided.
Gas grill is ready for use on the deck overlooking the lake.
There are several stairs to the water and beautiful new deck with it's own dock.
The 15' aluminum Grumman boat w/15 hp, 4-stroke awaits with a full tank of gas. Bring your own fishing gear.
Good swimming off of the lake deck.
Your private watercraft is not allowed on the lake. If you do decide to bring your own boat there are several larger lakes in the area with public access.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Please fill boat gas. No smoking in cottage. The cottage is open year around. We have had a few problems with dogs, so no dogs allowed.

Perfect spot

We had the best stay at Pam’s cottage. It’s extremely clean, well appointed and perfect for a visit with friends and family. The fishing boat was a bonus and fun to use while we were there. Would highly recommend!

Another awesome stay!! Pier extension with easy on/off boat launch and new motor(one pull start) excellent addition. Made fishing so easy (which was exceptional). House very clean, comfortable. Location so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Pam of course best host ever! Definitely coming back.

Perfect!

Perfect location - Delton has anything you might need. Lake is beautiful and teeming with fish. Perfect cabin - has been totally redone with a 2 bedroom addition and total makeover of everything else. Now 3 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Perfect weather - we lucked out! I would give this rental a two thumbs up!

Wonderful Experience

Very clean, comfortable and Pam was attentive yet not intrusive. So enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere right on this beautiful lake. Time away with our dogs was a perfect escape from our hectic lives. Appreciate Pam reaching out to us on a cooler night to make sure we were warm enough. Look forward to returning. Great memories !.

Quiet, nice place to get away!

We had a great time at the cabin! A quiet place with beautiful views! We loved having a boat for my husband to fish and for me to read :) Steak and sweet potato dinner on the grill was great..and a quiet deck to eat at was the best (from a mom of 4 littles!) Pam was so accommodating. No wi-fi signal, which was really a blessing!

Worm galore

Lovely cabin lovely view. Fishing boo and hairy worms EVERYWHERE! dont come in early june. They where awful. Couldnt set outside. Other than that it would of been a pleasant vacation.

Great stay!

House better than expected. Newly remodeled. Three bedrooms plus living room pullout sofa. Two roku TVs. Very safe feeling private location. Family loved the kayaks and we loved the boat with motor. Fishing good. Not the best swimming lake but we knew that. Delton nice little town with everything you need. Host Pam awesome just a call away. We plan on coming back!
