The buildings share access via the shared external staircase. The pool area is a meeting place that the owner uses when present. One residential unit on the property is reserved for the owner.

schönes Haus mit schönem Garten, leider keine Klimaanlage im Haus im Erdgeschoss, daher war unser Urlaub leider nicht angenehm. Dies wird auf der Website nicht richtig angegeben.
