It’s just minutes away from the open waters of the Chesapeake. Step right down to the water’s edge for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or simply soaking up the views on this peaceful creek that define coastal Virginia living.
    Comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout make it easy to kick back after a day on the water. With plenty of room to spread out and loads of outdoor spaces to enjoy- this property welcomes guests where every stay feels like a true Chesapeake Bay getaway.
    Occupancy: Only Registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
    No parties or events: Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
    Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property
    Check in/ check out: Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used beds unmade with linens still on them. Turn off wall AC unit using the remote.
Take all trash out to blue bin. Blue bin should be taken to the end of the drive on Fridays for pick up before 9 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
