Need More Space?

A second, fully private home sits on the same property - its own entrance, its own layout - available if you need to host up to 8. The Retreat at Serenity Palms is a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with a hot tub, kiing suite and a queen sleeper sofa, and may be reserved alongside The Sanctuary to accommodate a larger group. When booked together, both homes share access to the pool.

Guest access:

The Sanctuary at Serenity Palms is located just a few houses from 2nd Avenue, where a scenic walking and biking path leads directly into town. Pineapple Grove is an easy four-block stroll, and the beach is just eight blocks away.

Please park in the driveway - there's room for two vehicles, with additional street parking available if needed. From the driveway, walk through the first gate on the right side of the property, where you'll enter your unique gate code to unlock it. Once through, continue to the second door on the left, where you'll use your separate door entry code to let yourself in. Both codes will be sent to you prior to check-in along with the rest of your check-in details.

The Sanctuary at Serenity Palms has an open-concept living area is furnished with designer pieces and filled with natural light, creating a calm, inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, marble countertops, and a large island - a true standout for anyone who loves to cook, whether you're entertaining or keeping it simple.

A large smart TV, board games, and puzzles make the living room an easy spot for a quiet evening in, while an in-home Electrolux washer and dryer, a private safe, and keyless entry take care of the small conveniences that make a stay genuinely comfortable.

Spend your mornings a short bike ride from Pineapple Grove's cafés and shops, your afternoons by your private saltwater pool and hot tub, and your evenings gathered around the outdoor café table. Every detail here - from the Serena & Lily furnishings to the marble-finished bathrooms - was chosen with intention, not just decoration.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee (details provided in your reservation agreement).
