Inside, the open-concept layout brings together a king bed, twin bed, sectional lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. A full bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and private patio with a BBQ grill add everyday convenience, whether you're discovering Delray's restaurants, enjoying the beach, or settling in for a longer stay.



**STUDIO LIVING & COMFORT**



Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, Studio Palms combines its sleeping, lounging, and everyday living areas in one inviting space.



- **Sleeping arrangements:** One king bed and one twin bed within the open-concept studio. Please note that there is no separate, enclosed bedroom.

- **Lounge & entertainment:** A comfortable sectional sofa and Smart TV provide a relaxing place to unwind after exploring Delray Beach.

- **Bathroom:** One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, lighted vanity mirror, and modern finishes. There is no bathtub.

- **Storage:** A large walk-in closet offers generous space to unpack and settle in.

- **Laundry:** A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the studio, with starter laundry essentials provided.

- **Everyday comfort:** Air conditioning, heating, linens, towels, and 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, along with a laptop-friendly workspace.



**KITCHEN & DINING**



The kitchenette is well stocked for morning coffee, breakfast, and simple meals. It offers practical convenience for guests who want to enjoy a meal in before heading out to explore downtown Delray.
