"There were several issues with my stay. The door to my room was very difficult to lock from the outside and this was a security issue. There was no hot water, not even warm. And no hangers in the room so I could not unpack. The bed frame seemed very low quality and was unstable. When I got in or out of bed, the whole thing moved and made a loud creaking noise. As well, the online check-in involved a few steps which I completed but did not receive a code to my room which worried me. Luckily someone was onsite when I arrived and provided me with a code but I am not sure what would have happened if no one had been there."
