The entire home is private for your entire use.

Parking is driveway parking only. Fits 3 cars comfortably.

Our local host is responsive to all your questions and needs.
We work around the clock in case of any emergencies and will always be there for our guest`s needs.

Pool heating is available with advance notice.

We provide plenty of games and entertainment for the family! They include (subject to change) Corn hole, Big Jenga, Chess, Cards and PS4 Video Games
No indoor smoking allowed. We must charge to use special air cleaning tools and will pass these fee`s onto guests who break this rule. The fee is $250 for smoking indoors.

Grill: Must be cleaned and re-covered when done using.

Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in bins to prevent unwanted pests.

Any loud disruptions or complaints from our neighbors or the police, your reservation may be at risk to be cancelled with no refund.

• Parking: No street parking and please do not park on the grass or swale.

• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.

• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved before arriving. NOTE: There is a one-time, non refundable pet fee of $125 for approved pets.

• No Smoking, including Vape.

• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it for our next guests. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Use at your own risk and leisure.

**Note that we will not be responsible for any items left behind. Please be diligent with your walk through before leaving. We will make exceptions for very valuable or sentimental items `if` we are able to find them. There will be a $100 fee for hiring our team to package and mail your items `if` we agree to do so.
