Overall experience was good in this property nd this was my second time in welcome dwarka but one thing we dont like that is there was a door next to our room nd there was lot of noise coming from there nd other thing is there was no mirror in the room

The hotel is not close to anything viable such as dining or nightlife. This is important because the hotel itself does not contain any nightlife whatsoever. They have a main dining room and another restaurant with similar food, but no stand alone bar or lounge area. Guests are not able to drink outside the dining area or anywhere within the common area, or bring your own alcohol that’s bought from outside. There is ongoing construction which can make noise and become a nuisance especially with only one set of elevator banks. The rooms are nice and cozy, pretty updated. Staff was nice and accommodating and food was good as well.

Positives: - Very good rooms - Close to metro station (walkable distance) - Good location Negatives: - Expedia (and other websites) wrongly mention the distance from Terminal 3 as 3.5 km. That may be as crow flies. Actual distance is about 30-minute drive. - Check in takes ~half hour. Reception staff has attitude issues.

One of staff duty manager, she was very good, rest one guy one the receptionist position, he was very bad behaviour, he said you have to wait for room checking in , we wait very long time , he asking for extra money also I don't remember the name of this guy but he was available on desk side , I was looking for him during checkout other I will do the police case against him. His behaviour was very rude , but deputy manager she was very polite and friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights. Check in and out was quick. It says 5 star hotel but their Service is not even 3 star hotels. Washroom wasn’t clean. No bathrobes and other basic amenities were also missing. This hotel needs renovation. Too far from the airport. No room service if you didn’t ask for. Price is too high according to their service. I was so tired so i just ignored but for sure I would never suggest and stay there in future. There was bad smell in the room and washroom.

First the good: the room was clean and comfortable. Service was good. Not so good: the overall condition of the hotel is a little run down. Not what I expect from a 5 star property.

Terrible especially wash room with no water
It was terrible. Room condition was very bad with no water at shower and only cold water in the morning. I had to go out without shower.

Found the staff here much more efficient and friendly than other hotels we stayed in in India. No problem to arrange a late check out and to have a bag delivered there before our arrival. High end hotel with spacious room. Food was excellent too.
