This hotel is a mess. Faulty wiring, faulty piping, faulty tv, its a pig in lipstick. Wires coming out of the wall, fake ac u it made to look like its 2x bigger than it is, tv didnt work at all, fan had 1 speed, outlets didnt charge anything, staff was rude, Totally awful hotel hidden under the guise of something modern

Worst hospitality experience in 30+ yrs travelling

Cheguei com meu marido à recepção do The Vanson Pride para uma estadia de duas noites em Delhi apos 38 horas de viagem. O gerente nos recebeu com frieza e após eu mostrar a reserva no hotel para o período, ele respondeu nao ter reserva em nosso nome (!) e que nao havia quartos disponíveis. Insisti, indicando o papel impresso com a confirmação da reserva mas o gerente disse nao ter reserva em nosso nome e que nao podiamos ficar no hotel. Ele nao foi capaz sequer de buscar entender o ocorrido ou de oferecer um telefone, Wifi ou sugestao de hotel nas proximidades para que pudéssemos resolver a questao. Para piorar ainda mais a referência do estabelecimento, ao sairmos do hotel, o motorista do Uber nos informou que a regiao onde o The Vanson Pride se encontra é extremamente perigosa, principalmente à noite. PIOR experiência com hospitalidade/hotelaria em mais de 30 anos viajando por todo o mundo.
