Booked 2 rooms but were changed before checking-in without asking. We didn’t know until we opened our room door. Then the staff tried to blame on us for booking 2 days before. But then why make us pay for those rooms beforehand when they weren’t available? Had to speak to 3 different people to try to resolve this. They lied saying rooms weren’t available but they were as soon as a supervisor showed up. Rooms are beat up though. Need a good renovation. Rooms smelled damp. Not exactly a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was nice. Check-in staff was rude. However, all the other staff were so polite. Location is great.

Definitely not a star category hotel. This place and like a lodge quality l, rooms stinks, food in buffet served is not fresh. Not worth the money. Similar price range/ couple grand more you could get Taj.

I was on the eighth floor and i could hear their stupid outdoor events space as if i was at the party myself. I called the front desk twice to tell them i was trying to sleep at a reasonable 9:30 pm. The party went well beyond the timing they said and i had to get up early the next day. I may as well have been sleeping outside with how bad the noise was. I’m not even exaggerating. Zero sound insulation. I even recorded it on my phone.

The property is slightly older, the property has so much potential but it almost just bets on its convenience being close to Connaught Place. Good: Beds, Staff, Location Bad: Pool, Small Gym and breakfast. Breakfast is rather unpleasant. The property requires major upgrade, high dose of dust.

The property is dated. The only thing ok in the room was the bed. Toilets and shower rooms are disgusting. There is construction going on at the site and all temhe windows are boarded so no light or view from the 2 rooms we stayed at. The furniture feels dirty. The staff is not at all welcoming. This hotel should be downgraded to 1 star. We were suppose to stay for 8 nights but checked out after the first night. The breakfast was ok. The lobby is also horrible. We didn’t see any other areas of the hotel.

Nice stay except forgettable check-in experience
I was in The Park for two nights. The check-in experience was not very good to put it mildly. A queue had formed, but no one was there to ensure that there was some sort of order. As a result, some unscrupulous folks chose to jump the queue leading to lots of confusion. If this wasn't enough I realized after entering my room that I had been assigned a single bed room instead of a twin bed room, which is what I had booked, I was subsequently moved to another room after waiting for 45-50 minutes. Take the one hour waiting in the queue and the extra hour for changing rooms, thats a whole two hours of checking in, and mind you, I was travelling with my elderly mother (80+). Having said all this, everything else worked wonderfully after that initial hiccup, and the rest of our stay went well.

The only thing good is the staff excluding the ones on reception . I paid almost 18000 for 2 night expecting a decent room . However the room is small plus the bath room is almost broken including the showers . The water is so bad that it even smells . The flush tab kept leaking and the shower was rusty with poor flow . The bath sink including mirror was broken and kept moving on every use . The staff including chefs are generous rest needs lot of improvement. Never would ever think of staying in this hotel .

Check in by 2.00 am. Found Room dirty, not clean sheets very old. Not standard. Wooden floors were very ugly. Bathroom water came out. Full water on the Washbasin area. By morning in the bathroom smoking smell came. It was very pathetic. Couldn't bear. Complaint made but as usual no respect. This hotel is very crowded morning breakfast is ok.

The room I stayed is too dirty smells so bad no matter how many times the room service has done he cleaning. The prices in the restaurant is too high, like a bottled water costs around 200. People working in the restaurant has less patience. On a positive note, breakfast was tasty and room service response was quick.

The room was filthy with bedsheets not clean and even bathroom not clean. The decor was rotting with filth in them

Maybe when renovations are completed would consid.
Unfortunately I wasn’t aware this hotel was under renovations. Both rooms we checked in were smelling of damp. The outside looks like a war zone with marble cladding detached from the structure. Windows blocked so no natural light and definitely no view.

Need Renovation
A very old property, need urgent renovation. The Chair and Divan cot provided in our room are not atall comfortable and the back rest of chair will go infinety!
