From staff to owners behaviour Mr Karan Khanna, to their services, to cleanliness, washroom and rooms condition everything was in worst condition. Stay at absolutely your own risk. Not a single thing that was satisfactory. Staff is super rude and so is the owner. He is not just rude and arrogant and abusive. Just coz he is owner he things he can say anything to anyone. Please note none of the staybooks properties are good.

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, we felt really welcoming there. The manager even arranged our transports. The room was clean and equipped with everything we wanted for that price, especially a good hot shower. we would highly recommend this place for your time in Delhi.

This was a lovely hotel! If you are staying in this part of Delhi, I would highly recommend it. Very clean and modern. The staff were lovely - especially Armaan. He really went out of his way to help us.

They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. Really good value for money. Good wifi. Breakfast was small but tasty.

Le quartier est très dur, même pour New Delhi. L'agence gouvernementale du tourisme nous a même demandé de quitter ce quartier et nous a amener dans un quartier plus safe. L'hôtel est sale, vieux, déglingué, le patron est "neutre" les draps troués, ca sent mauvais, etc et encore une fois même avec les standards indiens. Je ne comprends pas la note de 8,2 sur cet hotel, sans doute sont-ils faux.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, aber nicht so sauber. Das Personal und der Service sind auch gut und schnell. Etwa 1,5 km vom Bahnhof Neu-Delhi entfernt und zahlreiche Transportmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Essen war gut und preiswert.
