No hot water and toilet paper. They didn’t have heater and it was freezing cold. Dirty place. And the area is very shady.

Lies and deception

Hotel was not where it said it was on a map. Never found it. Despite this, Hotels.com refuses to refund me. I didn’t end up staying there and they took the money regardless. The hotel lied directly to them and said I had checked in, which I didn’t as, after an hour in a taxi I gave up and checked into another hotel that was in the area for the evening, to get some sleep before my flight the following morning. You need to show a passport to check in anywhere in India, so the fact they won’t have been able to show the copy should be proof that they’re lying, but Hotels.com aren’t interested in using logic or common sense to back up their paying customers when a hotel behaves fraudulently, it seems.

The map location on hotel.com is totally wrong!

The map location on hotel.com is totally wrong! I booked this hotel thinking that it'd be close to airport due to my late flight, however no one and no driver recognized the address and when I called only the machine answered. I ended up being dropped off at an approximate location after midnight and still couldn't find it after walking for miles and had to just gave up and paid for another hotel.
