Location is not accurate
On Hotels.com site this hotel appears to be close to Ambience Mall & Nelson Mandela Marg ... beware; IT IS NOT.
Reception staff were courteous and nice, but had difficulty finding my reservation.
Ordered food to my room; that was very good & delicious.

Bad service, constantly had to ask for clean towels. One night they didn’t even have the paid reservation on file and refused to give us a room until 1:45am. Will not be staying again.

Not pleased.
Cleanliness and quality of the rooms is quite variable. Stayed here off and on with my husband and parents while visiting family in Delhi. The worst was when we arrived for check in at midnight after traveling for 7hrs and they had no record of our booking (I had prepaid two rooms on hotels.com and we’d already stayed there 8 nights). After one and a half hours they finally put my parents in one of their rooms a staff member had been sleeping in and put my husband and I next door in the same. Why did it take so long? And the guy that carried our baggage next door had the audacity to ask for a tip at 1:45am.
