Amazing that they were able to fit so much into such a tiny home and still have space for gathering around a table downstairs.

Very clean. Big lot with other storage in it. I think it’s in the description. Colorado River right behind the tiny house. Easy access to the highway.Especially if you’re looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price, consider this. I would recommend 6 people at most though. The four rooms up top are very little.
