Loved everything the hotel is amazing pool & beach beautiful breakfast was delicious & so many varieties the only thing was the electric outlets in the room were very limited & we came from the IS so the outlets didn’t suit our devices but staff were very nice & helpful to give us adaptors

4.5/5 We had a fantastic stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and thought it offered excellent value, especially with the all-inclusive package. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, the gym facilities are excellent, and the food was one of the biggest highlights. The selection of restaurants is brilliant, with loads of variety, and the quality was consistently very good everywhere we ate. The all-inclusive drinks package is also great value with a really good selection. Service across most of the hotel was outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our main criticism was Mare by Bussola, where service for food and drinks could be quite slow. It sometimes felt like there weren’t enough staff or that the ordering process could be more efficient. Individually they were polite, friendly and as attentive as they could be but perhaps as mentioned slightly understaffed. We also had some confusion at reception. We had two rooms and one guest arrived earlier, despite us having email confirmation that she could leave a deposit. This ended up becoming an awkward payment and refund process. There was also some confusion over whether the initial soft drinks in the minibar were complimentary. These were only minor and slightly frustrating inconveniences though. Overall, the rooms, food, drinks, restaurants, gym, facilities and value were excellent. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return.

Hotel is too old. And I don’t like the room where is no door to the toilet. And the toilet by itself very inconvenient to use

What an absolutely amazing place. The staff cannot do enough for you and the place is beautiful. My only gripe would be that you have to pay for water with lunch and dinner. I can understand charging for soda or alcohol but I think water should be included. Apart from that first class
